  3. Realization of the order starts when the Seller receives the confirmation of correct execution of the transaction from the payment operator, and in the case of a bank transfer – upon receipt of payment to the Seller’s bank account.
  4. In the case of selected goods in exceptional situations, the Seller reserves the right to exclude certain forms of payment for the order.
  5. V. TERMS OF RECRUITMENT AND REFUND OF GOODS

3. The seller responds to the complaint within 14 days of receiving it.
The response to the complaint is sent to the e-mail address given by the Buyer or to the traditional mail address.

4. In the event of a positive complaint, the Seller will return all cash within 7 days to the bank account from which the payment was made by the Buyer.

5. Furthermore, the Customer’s complaint handling policy is governed by applicable regulations of polish Civil Code (article 556 and the next ones) and other legal regulations in force.

VI. WITHDRAWAL OF THE MUTUAL MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

  1. The customer may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason by submitting the relevant written notice to the Seller within 14 (fourteen) days of the date of execution of the order, means that from the date of delivery of the order to the Customer.
  2. The right of withdrawal shall not be vested in the Customer in relation to an agreement where the benefit is:

  4. The customer has the right to inspect and correct personal data, as well as data removal requests.

VIII. FINAL PROVISIONS

In all matters not regulated in the above rules, regulations apply of polish Civil Code, and about the consumer’s law the polish regulation from 30.05.2014 r. The provisions of the regulations should be interpreted in a way that ensures their compliance with applicable law.
